Gas
infrared heaters allows you economical heating
of large spaces. Heaters radiate the heat directly
on objects or people, immediately creating the
feeling of warmth. The air in space is warming
indirectly, and it is warm by transfer of heat
from objects and people. That is why we have a
favorable distribution of warmth in space. The
loss of heat is lesser and so is the consumption
of gas used for heating in comparison with other
heating systems. With use of infrared heaters
it is possible to heat only individual workplaces
in rooms which are generally not heated.
ADVANTAGES OF GAS INFRARED HEATING:
- POSSIBILITY OF PARTIAL HEATING
- SHORT WARM TIME
- HEATING USABILITY MORE THEN 90%
- VERY LOW LOSS OF HEAT
- FAVOURABLE DISTRIBUTION OF HEAT IN SPACE BY
HIGHT
- AIR FLOW IS MINIMAL SO THERE IS NO LIFTING OF
DUST
- SIMPLE INSTALLATION
- LOW MAINTENENCE COSTS

GAS LOWTEMPERATURE INFRARED RADIANT HEATER
|
 |
Low
temperature infrared heater is composed of a
burner, "U" shaped pipe, electromotive
fan resistant to high temperatures, and reflectors
which direct the radiation. In the burner we
have the process of mixing gas and air, and
the burning process. The burning gases are being
sucked of by the fan and they are used to heat
the pipes to temperatures from 200 - 450 °C.
The heat is radiated from the pipe to environment
and the reflectors made of stainless steel direct
the radiation. The pipes are coated with black
silicon color.
Smoke is drain by a exhaust pipe out of the
room.
Parts of the heater:
- the burner with the control unit
- tubes Ø 100 mm
- high temperature resistant fan
- stainless plate reflectors
- control cupboard
- a double solenoid valve
- automatic ignition and ionization control
- pressure switch

GAS HIGHTEMPERATURE INFRARED HEATER
|
 |
In high temperature infrared heater, the
air and the gas are mixed in a separate
mixing chamber. So prepared mixture burns
on the ceramic plates. The heat obtained
in this manner is directed in to the space
with reflecting sides. The smoke is relished
directly in to the heated space so the
room has to be ventilated.
Parts
of the heater:
BASIC PARTS:
- burner with ceramic tiles
- air-gas mixer
- reflecting sides
CONTROL UNIT:
- control box
- ignition and ionization electrodes
- a combined gas valve with automated
ignition and combustion control
- gas inlet
