ABOUT US

Our development began as early as in 1910. Since 1990 we have been cooperating with world-renowned machine equipment manufacturers. Throughout this period we have proven our expertise and great capabilities in the production of metal structures, as well as a guaranteed fulfillment all our customers’ specific requirements.

We have organised engineering, machining and installation on 20.000 m² of modern production area, and in 2012 we launched a new 1.700 m² lacquering plant with two lacquering lines and a de-greasing chamber. We have the capacity lacquer products of up to 20.000 kg.

The production process is entirely in accordance with the European standards and the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. We have been granted the Certificate of the classification of products for welded steel structures according to the standards DIN 18800-7, and we have completely mastered the MAG/MIG, TIG and REL procedures. We place great emphasis on environmental protection, and thus we have had our ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM certified according to the standard ISO 14000.

TECHNOLOGY

EKO Međimurje is equipped with modern, versatile, technologically advanced equipment that enables successful production of most complex parts. Big machining centers of up to 20t weight and 12×1,6×4,1 m dimensions capacity, CNC turning and milling machines, welding robots (accompanied with certified WPQR procedures), bending machine with 1000t of pressure and 8m bending width, CNC pipe bending machine and other tools, devices and units give us vast possibilities to satisfy even the most demanding needs.
To assure the quality of production, we also have a portable 3D laser tracker and coordinate arm measurement devices, which is used to genearte extensive measurement protocols for full customer satisfaction. Last but not least, we runn the powerful ERP system that encircles all the resources in a fully traceable process easy to follow, control and report internally to our esteemed customers.
